ZIPZOC is a sterile zinc oxide impregnated stocking. Where chronic venous insufficiency exists, ZIPZOC can be used as a primary contact layer under compression bandaging or hosiery. ZIPZOC is a preservative free dressing thus reducing sensitivity reactions, and it contains white soft paraffin andvliquid paraffin so it will not dry or adhere. Indications

• Zinc oxide has a soothing and protective effect and has been shown to have a role in wound healing.
• Is used for the treatment of chronic leg ulcers.
• Where the cause is due to chronic venous insufficiency (poor circulation in the veins), can be used under compression bandaging.
