Foban ointment is a colourless ointment that contains 2% sodium fusidate.

Sodium fusidate is an antibiotic used to treat skin infections.

Indicated for use on the following skin infections: 

• Impetigo - contagious skin infections with blisters or red spots
• Infected cuts and abrasions
• Infected eczema
• Infected contact dermatitis
