Description & Features

HYALO4® Start is a fluid ointment containing bacterial collagenase (from a non-pathogenic strain of Vibrio Alginolyticus) and hyaluronic acid for topical application. 0.2% Hyaluronic acid sodium salt, collagenase. Removal of nonviable - necrotic tissue. 

  • Indicated for the local management of chronic wounds.
  • Prepares the wound bed for optimal tissue repair. 
  • Fidia's collagenase targets necrotic tissue, and is harmless to viable tissue.

Indications

  • HYALO4® Start is indicated for local treatment of chronic wounds (bedsores, vascular leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers). In particular, it helps promote the best moisture environment, preparing the wound bed which helps the natural healing process.
