Site Owner
All purchases from this site are from Amtech Medical, acting as provider and/or agent for products supplied.
Goods Provided
All goods are as listed on this site to within the best definition we have available. We are not liable for any manufacturer changes in products unless you have specifically checked with us before ordering.
Pricing
All prices on this site are correct at the time of adding, but these are are subject to change at any time. We do reserve the right to alter pricing without notification prior to an order being placed. All prices on this site are GST exclusive unless specified.
Payment
All products remain the property of Amtech until paid for in full. Our standard terms are payment within 7 days.

Finance and penalty charges may apply on any overdue payments. The purchaser is liable for any legal and other costs incurred in collecting an overdue payment.
Delivery
Delivery is normally next working day if the order is placed before 3pm. Our preferred shipping method is by courier. Goods are deemed delivered once they are signed for. Any shortages in your order will be notified to the buyer. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered within the stated time, no liability can be accepted for any delays.
Returns
Any product can be returned if it is faulty. Amtech offer a full replacement policy. Other returns need to be approved before they will be accepted.
